At Cycle of Life Adventures, our guides are the heart of every trip. We look for mature, experienced cyclists with a natural ability to connect with guests, manage logistics under pressure, and make every ride feel effortless — even the hard ones.

What We Look For

• Strong cycling fitness across varied terrain — you should be comfortable leading a group on a 70-mile day
• Experience in adventure tourism, hospitality, education, or a related field
• A valid driver's license — guides also serve as support vehicle drivers
• Basic bicycle mechanics knowledge (flat repair, drivetrain adjustments)
• Warm, patient communication style with guests of all ages and ability levels
• First aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it)

When We Hire

We begin the hiring and screening process for new guides at the end of the calendar year through the first of the year. If you're interested, reach out early — spots are limited and we move quickly when we find the right person.
